  • 1. Kupiłeś niewłaściwy produkt, ale złożyłeś właściwe zamówienie TuneSolo. For example, you bought a Mac version for your Windows, you will need to purchase the right Windows version additionally.   • 2. The software purchased has terminal technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 30 days. TuneSolo will refund the purchase price if you don't want to wait for a future upgrade.
  • 3. Apps that have not been activated. If you have not downloaded or activated a purchased app within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will be required to provide the TuneSolo Support Team with your license code in order to verify your claim that you have not downloaded or activated it.
  • Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. You must uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method, and it may take 5 to 10 business days to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location. If you can't see the refund in records for more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by TuneSolo, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund.

The refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after TuneSolo has received and processed your request. As a result, there is no way to cancel a refund request after it’s been submitted. You can, however, re-purchase and re-enroll in a TuneSolo app if you have changed your mind or submitted the refund request by mistake. Please note that any audio cache you downloaded will not be restored if you re-purchase it. You will get a new account.
