TuneSolo General Terms of Use

• 1. 使用服务
  • 合格。You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the TuneSolo Service. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may use the TuneSolo Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority), you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in relation to the TuneSolo Service.
  • 访问服务。 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to access and use the Service for personal use. TuneSolo reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. Each person must have a unique account and you are responsible for any activity conducted on your account. Account credentials may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to block or suspend any Registered User’s use of the Site and the services on it without reason but expressly including if we think that they are violating these terms & conditions, legal liabilities (actual or potential), infringing someone else’s intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent, immoral or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons.

• 2.帐单

  TuneSolo offers a free and paid Service. Pricing may vary by location and will be based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase.

  • 订阅和续订。If you are subscribing to TuneSolo, you can sign up for either a monthly, annual or lifetime subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis as applicable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund or credit for any amounts that have already been billed.
  • 税费： Your subscription fees are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise specified in an agreement with TuneSolo, within the Service or on an applicable invoice. Tax rates are calculated based on the billing information you provide and the applicable tax rate at the time of your subscription charge.
  • 消除。 您可以随时通过电子邮件向我们停止使用服务和/或取消订阅。如果您取消订阅，您将无权退还已支付的任何费用。
  • 免费试用。 TuneSolo may offer you a free trial or pilot to allow you to try our Service. TuneSolo reserves the right to set eligibility requirements and the duration for free trials and pilots. Your access to the Service will cease if you do not enter into a paid subscription prior to the end of the pilot period.
  • 定价变更。 TuneSolo reserves the right to change its prices at any time. If you are on a subscription plan, pricing changes will not apply until your next renewal or thirty (30) days after notice, whichever is later.
  • 计费通讯。 You agree that TuneSolo may contact you at any time by email or other method with information relevant to your subscription, billing, and use of the Service.
• 3。 反馈

  In the event that you provide us with any questions, comments, suggestions, opinions, observations, usage information, or feedback for TuneSolo App and Service, including ideas for improvements, enhancements and other changes (collectively the “Feedback”), you agree that we are the owner of such Feedback, and we are free to use it for our business purposes, including by incorporation into the Services and Software without any payment or attribution or other obligation to you. You warrant that you own all the rights and interests in and to the Feedback and you hereby assign all the rights and interests in and to the Feedback to TuneSolo.

  Ownership of the TuneSolo App and Service, and all content and materials contained therein other than any User Content (as defined below), are owned solely by us or our licensees and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. No title to or ownership of the Site, the App, the TuneSolo Service or any proprietary rights associated with them is transferred to you by these Terms. TuneSolo and our logos, our product or service names, our slogans and the look and feel of the TuneSolo Service are our trademarks and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on the TuneSolo Service are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by us.

• 6. 责任限制

  In no event shall either party’s aggregate cumulative liability hereunder (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort or by statute or otherwise) exceed the greater of (i) $100 USD or (ii) the subscription fees paid by you to TuneSolo during the twelve-month period preceding the event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The foregoing limitations shall not apply to liabilities arising out of your indemnification obligations or your breach of the section entitled ‘restrictions on use of the service.’

  TuneSolo is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, the contents of User Content.

• 7. 期限和终止
  • 术语。These Terms shall take effect the first time you access the Service and shall continue in full force and effect until i） if you are a paid subscriber, the expiration or termination of your subscription; or ii） if you are using TuneSolo’s free offering, when your account is deleted or terminated.
  • 违规行为。 If TuneSolo, in its reasonable discretion, determines that you or your use of the Service, your User Content, or your Designs violate these Terms, TuneSolo may take one or more of the following actions: (i) delete the prohibited Downloaded Content; (ii) suspend your access to the Service; (iii) terminate and delete your account along with all Downloaded Content associated with that account (iv) permanently ban you from using the Service.

If you communicate with us via social media, including Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and choose to share your content with us, we may receive information such as audio you’ve created, your account name and your comments about TuneSolo.

However, TuneSolo cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to TuneSolo or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. TuneSolo is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.

  TuneSolo does not sell or rent the information we collect directly from you or about you from third parties with these third-party ad servers or ad networks for such parties’ own marketing purposes.

  The TuneSolo Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Please consult the respective privacy policies of such advertisers or contact such advertisers for more information.
